Manager Forensic Investigations

Qualification and experience required: A relevant 3 year Forensic/Legal/Commercial degree or diploma. Five years relevant forensic investigations experience of which 2 years must be at managerial/supervisory.
Special requirement:
A valid drivers license.
The incumbent will be responsible to provide Forensic Investigation services for all divisions throughout the Company to Top Management. This includes Investigations, detection and prevention strategies.
The ideal candidate will have the following competencies:

- Fraud Management experience
- Forensic Investigations experience
Knowledge
- local labour legislations and regulations, e.g. LRA, Employment Equity, Skills Development, etc.

- legislation applying to the provision of telecommunication services
- Criminal Justice System
