Marketing Manager (Barikab) (Funded by JICA)

• Marketing Manager Barikab should work in close liaison with the Barikab technical team the Marketing Manager Barikab will report to the Investment and Marketing Manager.
• Help design and prepare the marketing plan for Barikab
• Through close liaison with the planning department Marketing Manager Barikab will take technical information from the technical team and utilize it for the preparation of sales packages and marketing plan.
• Will help prepare sales projections to be used for feasibility plans and financial projections.
• Conduct different surveys such as investment trend survey, property developer’s survey and costumer profiling surveys.
• Conduct market research and will work on Business Communications, client analysis and stakeholder relationship management
• Provide technical information about land acquisition data to the finance and BD team
