Common Essential Duties & Resp. | | | Assist with annual performance reviews, provide training for employees and managers on HR topics, partner with management to build stronger work teams, partner with employees to proactively seek solutions to problems or issues, provide mentoring to employees, perform investigations as needed, update policies and procedures, provide and counsel employee disciplinary actions, work on HR related projects for the betterment of the organization. Assist and work on other projects as assigned by Manager.
