| To analyse the business needs to help identify business problems and propose solutions. Conducting detailed analysis of business and user needs, documenting requirements, and revising existing logic at a process, system and people level. Through analysis and troubleshooting of Call Centre Statistics identify processes and procedures that require optimisation and improvements. To formulate and define project scope and objectives through research and fact-finding, combined with an understanding of the business systems and user requirements. Document optimisation requirements and draft Customer Care User Requirement Specifications for purposes of design and implementation of systems/process improvements or requirements in Customer Care. Communicate and facilitate, through Project Management methodology, the execution and implementation of Customer Care User Requirement Specifications to the various parties involved to ensure the required changes are implemented. Consistently monitor outcomes of business process improvements to assure effective Customer Service through all the components of the Customer Care Group. Participates in testing, acceptance testing, and implementation of information systems modules and subsystems. Participates in facilitating evaluations, installations, and training users on delivered system or enhancements. | |

| Qualifications & Experience: Matric / Grade 12 or SAQA accredited equivalent* is essential A 3 year degree or diploma or SAQA accredited equivalent* with focus on Business Analysis, Project Management or other relevant field is essential A minimum of 3 years relevant experience is essential, inclusive of the following: -- Reporting experience -- Research and analysis experience -- Documentation and diagrammatic representation of complex concepts, models and systems -- Data and business analysis OR In the absense of a 3 year degree/diploma, a minimum of 5 years relevant experience is required. | |
