Co-ordinating Manager for EuropeAid services Deloitte

The role:
In this role, you will coordinate activities to grow Deloitte's business in EU-funded international development work. You will support the global Deloitte firm to sell and deliver EuropeAid projects and work closely with colleagues serving other international donors (e.g. USAID, the World Bank, the UN and DFID).
This role is based in our European Institutions account team in Brussels, with some travel required to support your business development activities.
You will have:
  • A track record in marketing and sales efforts in the EuropeAid environment
  • Direct experience of successful consortium building, shortlisting and proposal development
  • Deep understanding of the procurement procedures for international donor-funded work
  • Affinity with the services market in some of: Financial Services, public sector reform and modernisation, Tax & Customs administration, private sector and SME development, energy, justice and security, health and sustainable development
  • Strong communication, people, finance, negotiation and project management skills
  • Self-starter, able to manage complexity and multi-tasking
  • Mother-tongue level English oral and written skills; business-level French. Proficiency in other widely spoken languages is an asset.
