We're now looking for a Business Analyst in our Information and Communications Technology Department to play a key role in driving through our ambitious programme of improvements to systems and processes, ensuring that everything the University does puts students first, and challenging practices to ensure continuous improvement and value for money.

• Are you interested in helping to provide an inspiring education to thousands of students from London and beyond?
• Do you have excellent communication skills and a thirst for understanding how organisations work?
• Are you experienced in facilitating process change and providing clear documentation of requirements and workflows?
• Do you have the confidence to challenge the status quo and ask the right questions to understand where the valuable improvements can be made?
• Can you take responsibility for managing key corporate change projects if required?
