Salary: R434 505 per annum (Level 11) (all-inclusive Middle Management Service Package)

Requirements: • An accredited 3-year degree or National Diploma or equivalent relevant qualification, plus appropriate experience - inclusive of supervisory experience • Computer literacy in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint • A valid driver’s licence.

Duties: • Manage the processes of acquisition and disposal for the region • Manage the processes of hiring and letting for the region • Manage asset management and facilities management for the region • Manage the property payment function for the region • Implement policies, procedures and programmes relevant to Property Management • Manage the resources of the component.
