HR and Office Administrator Kantor-Group

Kantor Qwentes SA (www.kantor-group.eu) is looking to recruit an HR & Office Administrator to join its expanding dynamic team. We are seeking a hardworking and self-reliant individual, resilient and efficient with excellent understanding of the Belgian systems and procedures. She/He will be responsible for the timely and accurate delivery of payroll, benefits, and employee relations programs.
The main responsibilities are:
  • Correspondence with social secretariat and other social security/insurance offices
  • Preparation of monthly payroll
  • Management of health and group insurances
  • Preparation of HR related reports, such employee monthly / annual costs
  • Preparation of monthly cash flow for salaries / social security / insurances
  • Recruitment process: drafting and posting ads, follow up of applications and interviews, registration of new employees with authorities, drafting of contracts
  • Dismissal process: notifying dismissed employee, preparation of exit papers, notification of authorities
  • Maintenance of HR electronic databases and filing systems (electronically and in paper)
  • Preparation and maintenance of HR procedures and work regulations
  • Control of annual / education leave and employee benefits (meal vouchers, bonuses, etc.)
  • General office administration duties
  • Liaison with office suppliers and procurement of supplies (e.g. stationery)
  • Reporting to General Manager and answering requests from managers and staff
Essential Skills and Experience
  • At least 2 years of professional experience in a related position
  • Knowledge and experience of Belgian HR system with emphasis on payroll regulations
  • Knowledge and experience in dealing with Belgian social secretariats and relevant payroll software
  • Fluent written and spoken French and English
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Accuracy, methodical approach and attention to detail
  • Well-developed interpersonal and communications skills
  • Good level of MS Word and Excel skills
