Job Purpose
  • Assist in Implementation and management of Key Management System for CPA/ Facilities and Serviced apartment.
  • Identify measure and advice on physical security risks/system weakness and ensure implementation of appropriate measures to mitigate the risks exposure in order to ensure a secure EY CPA /Facilities and Property environment.
  • Advice management in all aspects of security at CPA including Forums held with Residents.
Responsibilities
  • Implement physical security key management system for EY CPA/ Facilities, Services apartment and Service area including outstations.
  • Conduct regular physical security surveys and assessments of EY premises including security equipment. Conduct regular meetings with EY and third party security/ Landlords for Key Management related issues. Update Management on findings and submit weekly and monthly reports.
  • Identify security related incidents, problems and hazards within the area of responsibility. Assess risk levels and take immediate decisions within prescribed levels of authority to resolve problems and/or minimize risks.

  • Coordinate with relevant authorities, Emergency services and security agencies for all CPA security related matters to ensure EY remains compliant to related directives. Participate in security forums/committees.
  • Update key Management system database, produce monthly CPA occupancy reports. Advise/update 3rd party security & relevant Business units.
  • Assist in development, implementation of SOP for services apartments/ CPA swapping. Update HR exit formalities with Key management system database.
  • Conduct quality control Key Management regularly
  • Assist Facilities accommodation department with CPA inspection/ clearing of apartments formalities. Attend CPA forums and provide written feedback to Management. Assist with health & safety management and contingency planning for EY CPA/Facilities & Property on related incidents/ accidents and provide written report.
  • Carry out any other security functions as may be directed from time to time
RequirementsQualification & Education:
  • Educated to at least diploma level with acquired specialization in Corporate Security/ Facilities Management

Experience:

  • Minimum of 5 years experience in Corporate Security/ Facilities/Residential management.
  • Experience of which a minimum of 3 years in a supervisory position.

Training & Knowledge:

  • In-depth knowledge of security procedures, access control, and rapid response
  • Familiarity with general concepts OHS.
  • Training in dealing with fire fighting, evacuation drills and emergency response
  • Computer skills in Microsoft office
  • Knowledge of writing procedures
  • Knowledge of third party contract management
