Your role? To manage the rebuild and local content workshops to ensure competitive, reliable and profitable service offerings whilst maintaining world-class workshop standards, particularly with respect to EHS and also to ensure effective management of people and resources.

Requirements? Apart from a Grade 12 and Certificates of Competence in Project Management and Basic Financial Principles, you will need 5 years’ technical trade experience in a trackless underground/surface mining environment with 3 years at management/supervisory level. Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL), a Trade Certificate and entrepreneurial business experience are also essential, and you must be computer literate and have a Code B driver’s licence. Medical fitness to function in an underground mining environment is definitely needed.
