UNICEF Technical Officer, P1, Copenhagen

Purpose

With the introduction of the new Warehouse Management System which is managing the automated High Bay Warehouse, the receiving, picking and packing stations and interfaces all the stock movements to VISION, there is a need for a Technical Officer to support the Warehouse Manager with all the duties related hereto.

As system administrator of the Warehouse Management System and focal point for the technical management services in the warehouse, the incumbent is accountable for delivery of efficient and cost effective technical support services of the ANT Warehouse Management System.

Qualifications and Competencies

University degree in business administration or a technical related field of discipline.
• At least one year progressively responsible professional work experience in IT project and business administration.
• Experience with computer applications, SAP and ANT WMS.
• Fluency in English required. An additional UN official language will be an advantage.
