Membership and Communications Officer

We are looking for an enthusiastic and innovative individual to assist in the redesign of our existing internal and external communication systems and messaging and support the delivery of services to our members. The successful candidate will have the agility and vision to analyse and present a constant flow of relevant information to our members and stakeholders.

RESPONSIBILITIES

The appointed candidate will be responsible for:
  • Developing and expanding our general Membership services;
  • Coordinating and organising membership activities;
  • Developing EAI’s internal and external communications activities and identifying opportunities to improve the impact of EAI messaging;
  • Monitoring, evaluating and reporting the impact of EAI contributions to policy debates;
  • Maintaining and developing EAI’s web activities;
  • Planning and delivery of events.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
  • Good primary degree in a relevant discipline;
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office package, web management;
  • Ambitious self-starter;
  • Good organisational and analytical skills;
  • Strong interpersonal skills;
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
  • The ability to work under tight deadlines effectively and efficiently;
  • Knowledge and interest in electricity sector.
DETAILS:

Location: Dublin 2
Terms: 2 Year contract, full time 
Salary: €28,000 + Bonus
Commencement: Immediate
