About the Job:
You would be responsible for the smooth cargo operations at his/her region through close coordination with GHA's and staff within the stations in his region. You will continuously monitor and develop adherence to regulations outlined by local authorities and regulatory bodies and ensure strict compliance to IATA regulations for the effective movement of inbound and outbound cargo,whilst reducing the operations costs involved.
You will ensure that the rules and regulations of Qatar Cargo are closely followed at all stations in his region in regards to Security,Safety, Compliance,Operations, Performance and Quality and will need to make sure that the best interests of Qatar Cargo Operations are maintained at every station in the region.
About You:
Must be a University graduate. A minimum 7 years of work experience, of which 4 years are required in Regional Cargo Operations. GHA and SLA Management experience is mandatory.
You should have the ability to delgate work, set clear directions and manage work flow. You would need ot have strong mentoring and coaching skills.
You should be a computer literate with high proficiency in MS Suite and should have excellent communication skills in English. It is preferred if you have sound project management and presentation skills.
Experience in Freighter handling preferably in A330/B777F will be an added advantage.
