The opportunity
 
We are looking for a Warehouse Associate; the role will be residentially based in Salt Lake City, Utah, to perform all or part of the daily warehousing functions of receiving, issuing, put away, kitting and packaging material and housekeeping.  Additionally this role operates equipment and utilizes various warehouse management systems (SAP/MMS/WMS).
 
What the role entails
 
Reporting to Warehouse Supervisor, you will be responsible for:
 
  • Identifying and inspecting all incoming materials against manifest, invoice, packing slip and purchase order to ensure accuracy
  • Conducting the receipt, stocking and inventory maintenance process of incoming materials
  • Recording necessary documentation to support all warehouse transactions
  • Documenting issues, receipts and return of materials in applicable ERP in a timely manner
  • Loading and unloading trucks, trailers, railcars, vans and storage racks
  • Performing general housekeeping tasks such as sweeping, cleaning, etc.
  • Fulfilling orders for outbound materials and packaging or kit for delivery or pickup
  • Sorting and palletizing materials
 
What you will need for this role
 
To be successfully considered for this role, you will have:
 
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • 3 Year experience in Logistics, with SAP or Mobile Conductor or Silverlight
  • Valid driver’s license required
  • Forklift training and certification will be required
  • Associates in Business Administration or equivalent (Preferable)
  • Experience with WMS and/or Mincom MIMS (Advantageous)
