Duties
The Service Delivery Section of AusAID’s Information Services Branch (ISB) is looking for a self motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team. The key focus of the branch is to provide and manage services in relation to the operation and development of information technology infrastructure and systems, and information technology policies and procedures. It also provides Service Desk services to AusAID staff, including those located at overseas missions. The successful applicant will be responsible for managing a training team to deliver training for AusAID specific applications and systems to all AusAID users and for facilitating technical training for staff within ISB.
Eligibility / Other Requirements
This is a security assessed role and you will be required to either have, or be able to obtain, a security clearance at Secret level.
