Pact Sudan: Invitation to Bid for the Construction of Improved Haffirs and Drilling of Boreholes

Pact Inc (“Pact) is a private international, nonsectarian, voluntary organization providing humanitarian Aid. Pact, through its Sudan Water for Recovery and Peace Program (WRAPP), seeks proposals from competent contractors for the construction of improved haffirs and drilling of boreholes funded through the Sudan Recovery Fund (SRF). Local contractors registered and operating within Eastern Equatoria State are encouraged to apply. The successful contractors will be engaged by Pact to do the work only through a negotiated contract (hereinafter referred to as the “Contract”).

Offerors should submit sealed bid proposal documents so as to reach either Pact’s Juba or Nairobi office no later than Thursday, March 3, 2011 at 12:00pm. The addresses are:
