Snr Manager Customer Portfolio Management

Qualification and experience required: A relevant 3 year degree/diploma, with five (5) years relevant experience in leadership position. Experience in customer portfolio management and in CRM or customer analysis.

Special requirements:

  • A valid driver's license.
  • Managing a budget.

The incumbent will be responsible to develop a mobile customer portfolio management strategy and align it with the Telkom Group CPM strategy. Ensure the development, implementation and maintenance of a methodology, process and systems to determine customer management requirements, as well as defining and driving the CPM capabilities roadmap and supporting business cases. Implement, oversee and manage the process of idea generation and testing to qualification and drive improvement to ensure customer acquisition, retention, loyalty and satisfaction. Also overall CPM budget management.
