The incumbent will be responsible for providing buildings and ground maintenance services for the Vienna International Centre (VIC) and its technical installations, as well as the technical operations of the UN/UNIDO Conference Services, through its Buildings Management Services (BMS).
The successful candidate shall have an advanced university degree in engineering, and/or related fields. A minimum of ten years professional experience in the relevant fields of the post out of which a minimum of five years in the management of a large building complex, as well as experience in an international
environment. Fluency in English and working knowledge of German is required.
