The expert will draft an evaluation summary and a final report on the findings of this consultancy based on the activities described in the detailed TORs. The report shall address the effectiveness and efficiency of the design of the PPP and highlight processes in setting up and operating this PPP
QUALIFICATIONS:
Experience in health care management at least 10 years. Experience in the medical insurance sector an advantage.
Experience conducting evaluations required.
Outstanding experience with both in private sector structures and working knowledge of donor systems
Knowledge of Public Private Partnerships,especially in the Kenyan context
