Account Manager, Advertising Operations (Roll Call)

Location: Washington, DC

CQ Roll Call is in search of an Advertising Production Manager for the Advertising Operations team, responsible for managing and prioritizing all print ad material and logistics for its Roll Call publications.

This person will be accountable for an in-depth knowledge of all CQ Roll Call brands and products with an expertise in Roll Call; will serve as the liaison between editorial, the advertising sales team, marketing, the printer and outside vendors; determining positioning availability and layout; managing special editions from start to finish; checking ad materials against CQRC specs; providing tear sheets; assisting with print billing; addressing any issues and/or special needs with the printer and other ad hoc requests.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent, minimum two to three years print production/trafficking experience, the ability to prioritize, multi-task and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment, possess strong verbal, written and organizational skills as well as outstanding customer service skills, the ability to identify and resolve problems before they arise and be a flexible team player
