International Human Resources Manager

CAFOD, one of the UK’s leading international aid agencies, is looking for an HR Manager to take responsibility for delivering excellent HR and Organisational Development services for our international staff and managers. Working with a team of HR professionals you will be responsible for providing support for staff based overseas and in the UK.

The role is broad and will include working in partnership with the international leadership team to help them achieve their aims, managing projects that deliver pay and benefit solutions for our country offices and building the capacity of our managers to work effectively in remote settings. This will be achieved through the strong team leadership and well developed business partner skills. You will also be required to travel to our country offices.

You will ideally be CIPD qualified with the ability to lead your team to deliver professional and pragmatic HR in a decentralised, international setting. It is therefore highly likely that you will have experience of HR strategies and processes within an international organisation.
