Manager Government Affairs EFPIA

Main Responsibilities
- Assist the Director Government Affairs in various tasks. This will include:
- Monitor and research legislative and policy developments relevant to the pharmaceutical industry
- Liaise with EU institutions (focus on European Parliament), industry and other stakeholders
- Support policy groups within EFPIA in developing policy papers and outreach programs
- Draft meeting reports, presentations and newsletters
- Provide various services to EFPIA membership and EFPIA staff
Required Qualifications
- Excellent understanding of EU institutions and political processes
- 2-3 years professional experience in or with EU institutions (preferably the European Parliament)
- Strong analytical, organisational, writing and editing skills
- Excellent command of English (written, spoken and comprehension); additional European languages are an asset
- Self-driven and motivated individual able to work responsibly and independently whilst being a strong team player
- Ability to learn fast and work in a complex and dynamic international environment
