Director of Partnerships LEAD International
LEAD International is the world’s largest international not for profit organisation focused on leadership and sustainable development. We equip emerging leaders from around the world with skills for sustainable decision-making and provide them with a network of their peers to help them address sustainability challenges. We recently embarked on a transformation strategy that will radically evolve the way in which we delivers our mission.
We are now looking for a Director of Partnerships to join our team who will be responsible for leading the development and delivery of this transformation. Your successful track record of project managing transitions in organisations while keeping the team focused and motivated on reaching the end goal is essential. Although a marketing background is desirable, we are keen that you have extensive experience in developing partnerships, and are commercially astute with an awareness and understanding of leadership, innovation, and sustainable development.
As a natural, resourceful and charismatic leader, you will be able to influence and build relationships at all levels. Your exceptional oral and written communication skills will help you to develop and build new funding streams. And as an instinctive networker, on a national and international level, you will be willing to work occasional evenings and weekends.
The post will be based in London, although there will be international travel.
