Lincoln University is seeking a visionary Vice-Chancellor who will further enhance and grow the University’s profile, both nationally and internationally. The successful applicant will display a demonstrated ability to set clear direction and to build deep and enduring partnerships with all the University’s communities of interest to protect and grow the University's specialist teaching, vocational training, research, scholarship and technology transfer.

The role of the Vice-Chancellor is to lead the 700-strong team to take advantage of the opportunities presented to the University. The successful applicant will have a proven record of:

• Effective relationship building, particularly with industry
• Excellent communication skills
• The ability to lead diverse teams
