PA to the Director Business Solutions and the Resources Directorates

£18,800 per annum (plus £3,300 per annum London Market Allowance)

We are looking for: an experienced Administrator/Personal Assistant who is able to provide excellent secretarial support to the Director Business Solutions and the Resources Directorates.
You will have: excellent communication and computer skills with demonstrative evidence of discretion and confidentiality. You will be able to provide diary and travel management, take minutes at internal and external meetings and prepare and collate papers for the Directors. You will be confident in ordering supplies and following up invoices. You will be able to provide additional support for the Senior Executive Assistant to the Chief Financial Officer and cover at meetings or when he/she is out of the office.
