Assistant Catering and Food Services Manager

Madingley Hall wishes to build on its reputation for delivering excellence in customer service and as a result a new post of Assistant Catering and Food Services Manager has been created to assist the Catering Manager with the management and supervision of all areas within the Catering department. The role holder will have specific responsibility for food services activities within Madingley Hall, ensuring effective use of all resources to achieve the required high level of customer satisfaction.

The role holder will ensure that the meals and services provided meet our high standards and comply with all hygiene, health and safety legislation. The role holder will liaise with clients on the planning of catering events from initial consultation through to supervision of the event.

The ideal candidate will have excellent food service supervisory skills, organisational and communication skills and a positive hands-on approach to the role, leading and managing the team from the front.

The post is full-time, 36.5 hours a week on a rota basis including weekends and bank holidays.
