The TOTAL Group has over 50 subsidiaries globally. TEPMY is a start-up subsidiary operating 2 new blocks; offshore Peninsula Malaysia with ultra HP/HT exploration challenges & offshore East Malaysia with potential deep water exploration.
-Implement, maintain and provide expertise in strategies and procedures to ensure compliance with legislation in the field of Transit, Statutory and Stock Management Policies, Logistics Marine and Aviation Policies, Group Policy, Company Safety Management system and evolving affiliates procedures.
-Joint effort to ensure statutory are fully complied, floating units, rotor, fixed wings, land transport and supply base is fully optimized, cost effective to meet our long and short term plans in line with clients requirements.
-Ensure the satisfactory interface on Supply Chain Management activities between originator (suppliers, drilling service companies etc) and receiver (supply base, freight forwarder etc) in managing of shipping, custom clearances, importation, transit and exportation approvals to ensure timely arrival of goods at destinations.
-Organize and participate in audits of statutory, inventory, marine, aviation and land transport.
-Promote and develop professional relationships with other Operators to maximize opportunities for shared services, joint application for statutory approvals etc wherever appropriate.
-Maintain records and statistics to ensure accurate reporting, these records being used for cost allocation and invoice checking. Perform analysis and take corrective actions. Contribute in preparing Draft Budget.
-Participate as part of the Emergency Response Team and provides support in any emergency or incident in accordance with Company Emergency Response procedures.
- Based in Kuala Lumpur and reports to Head of Logistics, with missions in Malaysia.

|Engineering/Business/Management/Operations Degree, preferably in industrial engineering and management|
|-Must be a Malaysian Candidate|
-5 years experience in Oil and Gas Statutory and Logistics operational management (base, vessels, helicopters)
-Organization and anticipation skills
-Good command in English and computer literate
