Reporting to the Superintendent Reserves Data Management, the Specialist Reserves Data Management is responsible for system improvement, production of mining models, reconciliation & reserves reporting and mentoring junior members of the team.
Key accountabilities include, but are not limited to:
  • Leading Reserves Data Management data base projects across a variety of key stakeholders and functional groups inside of the division
  • Primary driver behind the development & implementation of improvements to the Mining Model database
  • Assisting in the compilation of internal training & support for personnel
  • Ensuring the quality and timeliness of the response to requests for delivery of data updates from key stakeholders
  • Leading and mentoring a small group of mining professionals in the process of improvement and maintenance of the Reserves Data
You will have worked within a Mining Environment previously with experience in reserves or resource reporting and hold a Tertiary Degree in Geology, Geo-Science, Mining or Computing/IT.
