FMO ICT Employee Business Analyst/BI

FMO’s ICT department is looking for a Business Analyst with knowledge of Business Intelligence.

The ICT department is responsible for all ICT activities within FMO and consists of teams each responsible for their own discipline, which varies from office automation, set up and management of the system architecture, projects and support of all the front- and back-office applications.

Key Responsibilities and Deliverables

  • Contribution to the development of Microsoft BI for the entire FMO organization.
  • Analyzing business processes, translate demands of the business organization to functional and technical requirements and implement using Microsoft BI and/or one of FMO’s accounting applications (CODA, FRS and CARS).
  • Participate in the team responsible for the accounting and reporting applications (CODA, FRS and CARS) in addition to which team spirit, cooperation with the other teams and achieving goals play an important role.
  • Cooperate with the other ICT teams within the ICT department of FMO.
  • Cooperate with and manage external vendors with whom FMO has a partnership or has concluded a contract for parts of the ICT services.

Essential Skills

Education

The candidate holds a bachelor’s or master’s degree, preferably with knowledge of AO/ICT, and has well-known overall ICT knowledge. In addition knowledge of at least one of the main BI suits (preferably Microsoft) is relevant for this job. This includes all aspects of BI: E-T-L and (ad hoc) reporting.

Experience

The ideal candidate looks over banking processes and understands the primary process and products of FMO.The candidate is used to achieve end results meeting the time, quality and cost criteria.

The candidate has at least 2 years of experience with a major BI suite.

Personality

The candidate is analytical, well-structured and proceeds systematically, is a good listener, continues asking questions and is capable of translating the message into concrete action. He/she acts result-oriented, punctually and customer-oriented. Our candidate is a team player who can win others for his ideas and has excellent communicative skills in Dutch and English.
