Lead Development Representative (LDR) IBM

Job description
  • The Lead Development Representative (LDR) is responsible to develop new sales opportunities for the assigned territory.
  • This involves responding to inbound requests (phone, e-mail) as well as executing targeted outbound campaigns.
  • The LDR will often be the first contact a customer has with IBM and the critical success factor is to build a relationship, assess the customer’s business needs and pass on the sales opportunity to the most appropriate sales channel to close.
  • The role requires the ability to communicate on IT projects on a business to business level effectively over the phone.

Required
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • At least 1 year experience in related area
  • English: Fluent 
Preferred
  • Master's Degree in Business/Management
