FHI 360 serves more than 60 countries, all 50 U.S. states and all U.S. territories. We are currently seeking qualified candidates for the position of Compensation Analyst II in Research Triangle Park, NC or Washington, DC.
Position Description:
Provides client-focus interface and conduct special projects in support of compensation global requirements.  Contributes to the global design and implementation of new and revised compensation programs that provide a strong competitive position.  Manages all market pricing activities to ensure internal equity, external competiveness, while adhering to the companies over-arching compensation philosophy.  Provides analytical expertise, guidance and interpretation of various compensation policies.  Manage the high-level project planning components relating to compensation program revision, development, and/or re-design.
The Compensation Analyst will be responsible for reviewing and updating job descriptions for US and international staff, conduct market analysis for new positions, complete compensation surveys, conduct FLSA analysis and assist HR Partners and management on all compensation related efforts.  Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing with all levels of staff.  Excellent organizational and time management skills.  Demonstrated ability to perform multiple priorities effectively.  Strong ability with Microsoft Office software capabilities particularly Excel.  Strong knowledge of Windows environment and ERP-level HRIS.  Ability to travel as needed.
Minimum Requirements:
BS/BA and 5+ years of experience; or AA and 7+ years of experience or High School/GED and 10+ years of experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.  5+ years of experience in compensation and 1-3 years’ experience with ERP-level HRIS such as Oracle, SAP, PeopleSoft preferred.
