ASSIGNMENT OVERVIEW

ASSIGNMENT DESCRIPTION

The broad objective of this assignment is to assist the program manager in the overall budget and work plan for all the projects in Bangladesh, Nepal and Bhutan as well as SME Banking for South Asia.

oAssist in managing the SEDF budget, the overall annual budget for Bangladesh and Nepal with quarterly and annual targets. 
oAssist in managing the SME Banking budget for South Asia. 
oMonitor the clients cash contributions per cooperation agreement. 
oMonitor IFC development goals (IDGs) for the various projects.
oAssist the program manager in various reports to management. 

Scope of Work: The consultant will co-ordinate with the task leaders and program manager to ensure the following:
oAll budgeted activities are on target and explain any variances. 
oUsing IFC Systems, manage all project expenses and ensure that they are in line with what has been budgeted by the task leaders. 
oWork closely with the finance division and A2F Project Management Unit (PMU) to ensure compliance.

INDIVIDUAL / FIRM PROFILE
The consultant should be an Individual. 

QUALIFICATION/ELIGIBILITY

# Bachelors degree in finance/accounting (Preferred) with relevant experience.

Interested consultants must provide information indicating that they are qualified to perform the services (CV and cover letter for individuals).
