Job Description
Our asset finance group is part of our energy, transport and infrastructure team and the firms global finance practice. Each of our finance teams (structured and asset finance, banking, energy and infrastructure and restructuring and insolvency) provide a focus on particular market sectors, both in terms of understanding the market and identifying targets for our business.
Our asset finance group is a market leading practice with a particular focus on the aviation and rail sectors, structured tax based leasing products and structured financing transactions involving other big ticket assets. The team acts for a variety of banks/financial institutions, investors, aircraft and rail leasing companies, airlines, rail operators, manufacturers, government departments and export credit agencies. The practice encompasses all types of asset financing including tax-efficient transactions, operating leasing, commercial debt, export credit financing and capital markets/securitisation.
Our associates benefit from a broad international network and have the opportunity to work on cross border transactions. Our associates are also provided with a comprehensive training programme and mentoring scheme.

This is a rolling recruitment programme. Competitive salary, depending on PQE level.
Where we indicate a band of PQE for a role, this indicates how long we would expect a lawyer to take to gain the level of experience required in an appropriate legal context.
