UNICEF, the world’s leading organization working for the rights of children, seeks a TA for a INNOVATIONS LAB MANAGER, P-3, Pristina, Kosovo.

QUALIFICATIONS AND COMPETENCIES:• Advanced university degree, ideally related to Information management systems for development programmes and technology• Five years of progressively responsible professional work experience at the national and international levels in project management
SKILLS NEEDED:
• Strategic thinking on how to use technology for development and youth participation and empowerment• Demonstrated ability to support user-centered technology design and implementation• Project management (based on agile methodology), including budget monitoring• Ability to work with a diverse set of partners to create problem specifications, system requirements, and then lead implementation of software and technology innovations on a national scale• Excellent communication and documentation skills• Ability to work effectively with young people and in a multilingual environment

HOW TO APPLY:
Selected candidate will be contracted under the UNICEF TA contract. Initial contract covers the period of 364 days with the possibility of extension. Interested candidates can request UN PERSONAL HISTORY FORM (P-11 form) through e-mail, starting from 18 of November 2013 every working day.
