Account Manager

The RISI Brussels Office has an opening for an Account Manager to manage a portfolio of key accounts for RISI spanning the whole product portfolio and specifically to engage with clients to help meet company renewals targets and raise performance levels within an assigned territory, in EMEA/Oceania region.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:
- To manage, maintain and retain existing key accounts;
- To develop solid and professional relationships with key decision makers within these accounts;
- To meet and exceed revenue forecasts for assigned accounts providing accurate and timely revenue forecasts;
- To identify and develop new business opportunities in these accounts;
- To comply with Company policies and procedures;
- To attend training and development as required in addition to constant self improvement.
SKILL SETS REQUIRED:
- Educated to degree level;
- Experience in developing account relationships and managing business targets;
- Able to sustain performance under pressure;
- Able to utilize and maximize a sales database; experience with Salesforce is a plus;
- Effective communication skills both verbally and orally, especially in English;
- Able to organize oneself in order to achieve agreed targets;
- Motivated self starter/go-getter.
SKILL SETS DESIRED:
- Experience working in a multicultural environment, with more than one working language;
- Desire for self development;
- Ability to develop effective relationships with internal colleagues; a team player.
