HR Consultant, Panama City, Panama

Purpose:
UNICEF, the world’s leading organization working for the rights of children, seeks a HR Consultant, Panama City, Panama.

QUALIFICATIONS:
An advanced university degree (Master’s) in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related technical field;
Five to eight years of progressively responsible experience in human resources management, particularly in contracting, recruitment and HR process review, which should previous hands-on experience at the international level;
Advanced knowledge and understanding of UNICEF/UN HR policies and procedures is required;
Previously demonstrated ability to work independently and under pressure, managing multiple priorities and focused on achieving ambitious workloads to tight timescales is required;
Experience in reviewing work processes and defining workflows is an asset
Experience in MS Visio, Adobe PDF and related technologies is an asset
Previous hands-on experience with  Office Management Plans and related restructuring process is considered highly desirable;
Previous experience in emergency settings / surge capacity is considered an asset.
Fluency in English and Spanish (written & oral) is required.
