LAC Graduate Leadership Development Program

Calling all talented, forward thinking, geographically mobile graduates!

We are currently receiving applications for our 2014 Latin America Graduate Leadership Development Program (GLDP) selection cycle. We are looking for intelligent, energetic, positive individuals who enjoy working in a team environment and want to build a first class business career. If you are a recent graduate or on track to obtain a degree in Sales, Marketing Supply Chain, Finance or similar field no later than June ‘14 we invite you to submit your application.

Summary:

The GLDP consists of three distinct one year placements rotating within a specific function: Sales & Marketing, Supply Chain or Finance. The program provides exposure to many aspects of our business while building a strong foundation for career advancement as an effective leader within our organization. Each placement will be a real job with real deliverables. The three year program is supported by a structured development plan which supports both functional and leadership capability growth.

Requirements:

· Bachelor Degree in Finance, Marketing, Sales, Supply Chain or similar disciplines required.

· Excellent Academic record.

· Demonstrated leadership and success in extracurricular activities and/or work experience.

· Excellent skills in communication, organization, strategic thinking and relationship management.

· Willing to do an international assignment in Latin America.

· Proficiency in English.

· Must have some previous work experience.

· 3 years maximum out of college.

· No relocation or visa sponsorship provided, you must be authorized to work in the location where you apply.

Selection Cycle:

• October 2013 to February 2014: Applications are received and reviewed. 
• February 2014 to March 2014: Resourcing process starts (verbal & numerical testing & interviews). Candidates are interviewed. 
• April 2014: Assessment Center (final stage of the interview process) 
• August & September 2014: Selected candidates start employment as part of our Graduate Leadership Program. Candidates are notified of their selection by the end of April, 2014.
