The role
We are currently seeking a Junior Desktop Analyst to work closely with our other specialists in our ICT team. Based in Sydney, your main responsibilities will include:
  • Provide desktop and user support, ensuring prompt and accurate responses are given to requests for IT assistance.
  • Provide assistance with systems maintenance and installations.
  • Provide assistance in the management of assets, including the maintaining of acquisitions and ordering.
Suitable applicants will have:
  • Proven experience in desktop support
  • The ability to prioritize work appropriately and work with minimal supervision
  • A desire to meet or exceed client expectations
  • An ability to establish strong business relationships within the business environment and beyond
  • Experience in producing quality outcomes within an environment with competing demands and tight timeframes
  • An industry recognised qualification will be highly regarded
  • A current Australian drivers licence is essential
