Analyst/Manager, IM Business Controlling and Strategy

Position description	The IM Business Controlling & Strategy function is responsible for creating a foundation for IM decision making, IM strategy creation and executive analysis through leading the budgeting, planning, forecasting, result analysis activities and presenting the results and findings to IM management and other stakeholders. The function is also responsible for aligning IM to Wärtsilä’s common controlling and strategy activities. We are looking for an Analyst/Manager for a temporary family leave substitute assignment.
Responsibilities	• Manage, develop and execute IM fee and IM cost control related processes • Manage, develop and execute main IM supplier related invoicing processes • Act as daily contact in financial matters towards local controllers, project managers and IM employees • Participate in IM strategy definition, alignment and communication, support action planning process • Train IM employees on financial matters • Support team managers and project managers on Wärtsilä financial guidelines and related matters • Support special purpose development projects
Requirements	• M.Sc./B.Sc., Techn./Econ. • 2-4 years experience of financial or controlling responsibilities for analyst and 4-6 years experience for manager • Experience from ICT technology industry is an advantage • Good communication and collaboration skills • Independent, proactive, development-minded and goal focused attitude to work • Fluent written and spoken English • Possible locations for this position are Helsinki and Vaasa
