This is an exciting opportunity to join People In Aid’s dynamic HR Services team and help improve the quality of people management within the humanitarian relief and international development sector.
This is a new full time post aimed at helping members improve the quality of their people management. The main purpose of the role is to co-ordinate and deliver HR services at a senior level to members and non-members and provide a high level of member care and support.
Contract: 12-month contract with the possibility of extension. The post is full-time, (35 hours a week).

Salary & benefits: The starting salary range for this post is circa £30,000, depending on experience. People In Aid also offers 27 days holiday per year and a pension contribution of 8% of salary.
Accountabilities: The successful candidate will be managed by the Director of HR Services at People In Aid and will have close working relationships with the HR Services Managers based in London, Kenya and Australia.
