Industry & Logistics Coordinator (m/f)

The International Diabetes Federation (IDF) is seeking an Industry & Logistics Coordinator for its Congress Department in the Brussels Executive Office. This is an exceptional opportunity for an individual to be part of a progressive international federation. IDF has 35 full time staff in its Brussels headquarters, a large number of expert volunteers and an expanding network of 7 regional offices.

The Congress Department manages the biennial World Diabetes Congress, the premier international diabetes congress, attracting 15,000 delegates from more than 160 countries. The next congress will be held in Dubai in December 2011.

You will coordinate Industry relations, congress logistics and draft the exhibitor manual.

You have a bachelor degree with minimum 2 years experience in a related position and have experience in managing exhibitions and sponsorship. You are a good team player and are able to work in a multicultural environment. You have excellent oral and written knowledge of English.
