Position description	Wärtsilä Global Logistics Services is currently seeking Spare Part Manager to POC Americas WGLS for our Ft. Lauderdale, Florida office. Responsibilities	- Lead and guide the Parts Order Coordination Team. - Insure a timely processing of spare part inquiries, orders and deliveries - Coordinate work with Areas, Solution and Delivery functions in order secure a high customer support level. - Provide support and guidance to team members - Follow-up of even and efficient use of resources. - Develop the working methods and daily work routines of the team members - Lead needed change management in the POC team - Other duties as requested by the superior
Requirements	Education: Masters or Bachelor’s degree in a technical or commercial area with knowledge and 5 or more years experience in Logistics on managerial level; Or associate degree and 8 plus years related experience; Foreign credentials are acceptable. Fluency in English (read, write and speak). - Leadership skills - Experience with Wärtsilä processes and ERP system - In-depth understanding of operations and processes - Communication and cooperation skills - Initiative - Endurance
