Mid- and Senior-Level Trainers

dTS is recruiting skilled professionals to serve as Trainers on task orders to be issued under the USAID multi-sector Transparency, Accountability and Performance (TAP) IQC. We are seeking qualified mid- to senior-level applicants who meet the following qualifications:

- Advanced degree in International Development or related field (required)
- Minimum of 5-8 (mid-level) or at least 10 (senior level) years experience in course design and development and advanced knowledge and skills in adult learning principles and advance skills in classroom delivery (required)
- Minimum of 3-5 years experience in designing and conducting training on strategic planning processes, preparing results and logical frameworks, developing performance management plans (PMPs), planning for and carrying out evaluations (required)
- Demonstrated knowledge of adult learning techniques
- Familiarity with USAID and large implementing donors (required)
- Experience conducting field training overseas (required)
- Strong communicator, both verbally and in writing in English (required)
- Fluency in another language (strongly preferred)
- Detail oriented and organized
- Good problem solving skills
- Team oriented individual
- High level of proficiency in MS Office applications
