Key Account Manager - SASATEL
JOB PURPOSE
The Key Account Manger shall be responsible for developing the Corporate sales customer data base by selling to them our products and ensuring retention of all acquired customers at all times. Be able to cross sell as well to the existing customers in order to achieve sales targets and diversification of our products.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Building good customer relationship, through weekly updates by visits and calls.
- Motivating the High value customers by providing promotional materials and gifts accordingly.
- Creative ideas on customer retention and acquisition.
- Prospecting for new customers and updating them in the database.
- Meet and manage set monthly sales targets.
- Receive and solve customers’ queries and incase of difficulties, escalating them accordingly within 24 hours.
- Providing quick solutions and give feedbacks within 24 hours.
- Support Dealer sales network.
- Monitor and give information regarding competition.
ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES
Other duties as assigned
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelors Degree in Sales and Marketing preferable.
- An excellent grasp of English. Be able to write and speak fluently.
- Persuasive and able to work in minimum supervision.
- At least 2 years telecommunication work experience will be an added advantage.
- Strong communication skills
- Customer service knowledge
- Excellent planning skills
- Valid driving license
OTHER QUALIFICATIONS
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Strong organizational skills
- Pay close attention to detail
- Team player
- Fast learner
- Speak English and Kiswahili language
- Flexible, reliable, adaptable, responsible
