£29,972 to £35,788 per annum

We are pleased to offer this full-time, fixed-term Research Associate in Health Economics post, available immediately. The successful candidate will be expected to take a particular interest in methodological and practical issues of economic analysis in Health Technology Assessment, and to collaborate on multi-disciplinary research applications, providing input to health economics research as part of the East of England (EoE) Research Design Service (RDS)*.

The postholder will be a graduate of economics or a related combination with economics, will be an active researcher, able to develop his/her own research ideas, and in the role will collaborate with both clinicians and research/academic staff with a view to help formulate clear research questions and develop high quality research proposals in applied research; collaborate on many of the research proposals that are developed and contribute towards the analysis of economic evaluation studies which are currently underway within the Health Economics Group at UEA.
