The National Center for State Courts (NCSC) is seeking applicants for the position of Deputy Chief of Party for an anticipated Rule of Law & Institutional Strengthening Program in Moldova.

Candidate Profile:

Qualified candidates will have a relevant legal education and professional background and demonstrated experience working to strengthen the justice system in Moldova. Applicants with former US or EU-funded project advisory/management experience in Moldova are strongly preferred. Excellent communications skills in English, Romanian and Russian languages are required. Competitive candidates will possess a diplomatic demeanor, problem-solving skills, creativity, and flexibility needed to perform effectively in a fast-paced work environment.
