International Senior Manager – Fundraising & Partnerships

Capitalising on the our new brand launch of our 5-year global strategy, Restless Development is taking up a position as the global banner carrier for youth-led development – demonstrating at the grassroots and policy levels that young people can and must play a lead role.

We have more than tripled the size of our budget and programmes in the past five years, and are on course to continue this upwards trajectory. Directly reporting to the Director of Investment & Partnerships and directly managing our International Fundraising Team, we are seeking a talented Senior Manager to lead and direct our fundraising efforts, including maintaining an oversight of our fundraising globally.

With excellent performance management experience, ambition and hands-on fundraising abilities, you will lead an excellent team in generating income from a diverse range of sources, and contribute to the global fundraising strategy. Results oriented, you will have strong interpersonal and management skills together with a flexible and proactive approach. Previous experience in the international development or youth sectors is highly desirable but not essential. The right person will be highly motivated and committed to our mission to place young people at the forefront of change and development.
