Multiple Positions, Dominican Republic
We are currently seeking a Grants and Contract Manager, Finance Manager, Monitoring and Evaluation Manager, and Capacity Building Specialist for an upcoming USAID-funded multiyear program in the Dominican Republic. The program will create a sustainable, multidisciplinary safety net for at-risk youth to ensure they have access to health, education, employment opportunities and a safe environment free of crime and violence. Positions are subject to ACDI/VOCA being awarded the program. No international benefits will be offered for these positions.
Grants and Contracts Manager—Responsible for managing suballocations and grants. Academic background in law, business administration, public administration or similar subject. Extensive knowledge of USAID rules and regulations. At least 10 years of professional experience including five years with programs funded by USAID and/or international donors. English speaker preferred.
Finance Manager—Responsible for managing financial resources. Academic training in accounting, auditing, financial management or similar subject. Extensive knowledge of national accounting rules for NGOs. At least 10 years of professional experience including five years with programs funded by USAID and/or international donors. English speaker preferred.
Monitoring and Evaluation Officer—Responsible for monitoring and evaluation (M&E) program impact as indicators. Multidisciplinary academic training and experience with participatory monitoring and collection and evaluation of qualitative and quantitative. Experience with M&E programs related to youth, reproductive health and/or HIV/AIDS strongly preferred. Minimum 10 years professional experience including five years with USAID-funded programs. English speaker preferred.
Capacity Building Specialist—Coordinate the training of local organizations to help them develop more efficient and effective management, finance and organization systems. At least 10 years of professional experience including five years with programs funded by USAID and/or international donors. English speaker preferred.
