Academic Support Manager (UK, Europe and Latin America) NCC Education

Term: Full time and permanent UK Based

NCC Education Ltd has an excellent opportunity for an organised and self-motivated individual to join our UK Head Office.

The successful candidate will join a team of Academic Support Managers in different NCC Education offices worldwide. This particular role will involve primarily supporting teaching centres around the UK and Ireland, with some further travel on continental Europe and occasional travel to Latin America. Support for teaching centres includes assessments and administration support, as well as training teaching staff and carrying out quality audits (accreditation and monitoring visits).

Excellent relationship-building skills are important for the post holder, as is a thorough knowledge of UK Higher Education. The post holder will have a UK postgraduate qualification or equivalent and experience of teaching in a Further or Higher Education environment. Subject-specific knowledge appropriate to NCC Education's programmes would be beneficial, as would a second language appropriate to the region(s) supported.
