CARE Australia requires an ITC professional to primarily support IT users and infrastructure in Canberra as well as supporting our Melbourne and overseas country offices.

You would be required to support the Cisco Phone system, perform user maintenance, support mobile phone fleet, anti-virus management, system backups, desktop/notebook hardware and general helpdesk support calls.

Depending on your level of experience you will also, under direction, administer Windows server 2008 R2, Hyper-V virtualisation, SharePoint Exchange, Citrix technologies and LAN/WAN networks.

Interstate and overseas travel may be required.
